Blending science with lived experience, she supports women in navigating the complexities of midlife with clarity, confidence, and quiet strength. Her own turning point began with a simple but powerful question—“What if I only have 10,000 breaths left?”—a moment that reshaped her path and inspired the creation of the Empowered Transition Blueprint.
